A change of lifestyle can be challenging, no matter how much you know you need to do it.
Personal coaching can be one of the most effective ways to make change. You get advice that's right for you and friendly support from a person who understands that this is big.
Our coach, Catherine Marr, has been a huge dietary journey throughout her life. More recently she has switched to a low FODMAP and paleo diet herself. She's made mistakes, overcome challenges and now embraces her new lifestyle. Her wide life experience, including working as a change manager in one of Australia's big banks, means that she brings some healthy realism to the challenge of change. Catherine has proven tools and techniques to help you transition easily to your new way of life.
In the first hour-long session she will find out about you, your history, what you would like to get out of the coaching and get you started on your personalised plan. Follow-up sessions will be tailored to your own personal needs.
All coaching is one-on-one and tailored to you. It can be done in person if you live in Canterbury, New Zealand or by Skype, telephone or email.
